# 1) 6-Hour Window for Cancellations or Changes
You may request a cancellation or modification **within 6 hours** of placing your order.

Please include:
- your **order number**, and
- the exact change requested (if applicable).
If your request is submitted within the 6-hour window, we will confirm whether it can be completed before production begins.

# 2) After 6 Hours: Orders Typically Cannot Be Changed
After 6 hours, your order may be locked for production/fulfillment and **cannot be canceled or modified**. This includes (but is not limited to):
- changing size, color, or variant;
- changing personalization/custom details;
- changing the shipping address;
- changing the design selection.
If you notice an error after 6 hours, still contact us—sometimes we can help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

# 3) Design/Customization Changes and Delivery Timing
If your requested modification involves design or customization changes, production may be delayed. During peak seasons (especially holidays), modifications can significantly impact delivery estimates.
We are not responsible for late delivery caused by customer-requested design changes.
