# 8) 30-Day Refund / Replacement Policy

- Lost or missing items.
If we approve a refund or replacement under this policy, **you will not be required to return** the received item.

- Requests made after 30 days from delivery.
- Incorrect size, product choice, address, or customization information provided by the customer.
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, poor maintenance, or customer-caused damage.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged due to the customer’s handling.
- Personal reasons such as taste, preference, or change of mind.
- Products purchased during a sale or promotion.

- the item(s) received; and
